FAQ’s

Do you have handicap access?
Yes. All of the facilities where we perform are handicap compliant. The Armour Street Theatre has a ramp at the front entrance. If you need any special assistance, please ask.
 
Are there concessions?
Yes. There are light snacks and beverages available to purchase.  
 
Can I change my tickets ahead of time if I have a conflict?
If you are a season ticket holder, you do have ticket exchange benefits up to 48 hours prior to your reservation. You may call the Box Office and change your ticket, subject to availability (704) 892-7953. Single tickets (tickets that are not part of a season subscription) may not be exchanged and are non-refundable.
 
What if I miss my performance?
Unfortunately our tickets are non-refundable. If you know you are unable to attend a performance prior to a show, you may donate your tickets to be resold. Call the box office at 704-892-7953.
 
What if my performance is cancelled?
If a performance has to be cancelled for some reason, we will arrange to either provide tickets to another performance, or your money will be refunded.
 
Where is your box office located?
Our physical Box Office is located in our administrative office at 209 Delburg Street Suite 132, Davidson NC 28036. We are in the Cotton Mill building which is located near the Brickhouse Restaurant. The hours are generally from 9:30a.m. until 3:00p.m. Mon.-Fri., however we strongly encourage you to call ahead if possible. Are tickets available for purchase at any of the venues?
We strongly encourage you to reserve your tickets ahead of time, however if there are seats available, they can be purchased when the Box Office opens prior to the show at the performance venue.
