THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO GET INVOLVED!

Step on Stage! or be part of the Backstage Crew!

It takes more than just actors to put on a show!  We depend almost entirely on volunteers – like you!  We invite those who can contribute their time and energy backstage in the areas of: costumes, sewing, props, set construction, set painting, stage management, stage running crew.

We also need volunteers willing to help with ticket sales, publicity, fundraising concessions, answering phones, stuffing envelopes, and even landscaping!

There are lots of ways to help; and here is a tangible list! These are some specific items your community theatre is longing to have, but there’s just no budget right now.

If you aren’t able to help with one of these items, you can always make a donation toward a specific item that you would like the theater to have.

We don't expect to be able to get all of these things right away, but every little bit helps!

You can be sure that an investment in your community theatre is an investment in success. The Community Theatre is a 501(c)(3), so your donations are tax deductible

General Operations Needs:

• Storage space and warehouse space in the Lake Norman area (CRITICAL NEED)
  
• Large truck or van
  
• Storage bins

Production Needs:

• Awning for the front entrance of the Theatre
  
• Shop space
  
• Tools
  
• Lumber
  
• Paint
  
• Lighting equipment
  
• Extension cords (black or dark colors)

Administrative Needs:

• Laptop or desktop computer and monitor (excellent condition)
• Office supplies (i.e. paper, binder clips, card stock)
• Printing services
  
• Office furniture, lighting, rugs, file cabinets, library shelving
